God’s 2020 Christmas Gift to Us

The name “Kent” is of English origin and means “High Or Coastal Land”. And we all know what the word “Christmas” means. It’s about the advent, or the appearing on earth, of Jesus Christ the Savior of the world. Now put those two words together and you get Kent Christmas.

Not only does that combination of words symbolize the appearing of our deliverer on the “high ground”, in a position of advantage or superiority, but it’s also the name of  the founding pastor of Regeneration Nashville in Nashville, TN. Perhaps you have seen Kent and his wife Candy in one of 60 Gaither Homecoming videos as part of the southern gospel singing family, The Hemphills.

Anyway, listen to what Kent has to say about what God is doing in the earth right now. It’s not about politics. It’s about faith. God is allowing us to experience the circumstantial wind and the waves to prove who has genuine faith. He is seeking out faithful ones who are looking to Jesus rather than the natural physical events that surround and attempt to overwhelm us.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1

Now, having gotten acquainted with Kent, take note of the impassioned prophecy he delivered on December 13 about God’s plans and purposes for this Christmas season. Dutch Sheets featured this powerful message in his Give Him 15 for today. Wow! You gotta hear this!
